What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working alongside class teachers to deliver interactive and engaging lessons

• Supporting students to remain focused, motivated, and engaged throughout the school day

• Offering tailored 1:1 or small group support to ensure each student’s success

• Contributing to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

• Assisting with setting up classroom activities, managing resources, and supporting daily routines

• Ensuring student safety and well-being by adhering to safeguarding policies and practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational role is a plus

• DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Commitment: A genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and development

• Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
