We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our team for a year-long position starting in September 2025. This role is based in a vibrant Year 5 classroom, where you will be instrumental in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students.

• Assist the Year 5 teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering educational activities.
• Provide support to individual students and small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as required.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Prepare classroom resources and set up equipment as needed for lessons.
• Support the teacher in managing class schedules and student attendance.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Teaching Assistance.
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with Year 5 or similar age groups.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs and welfare of children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
