Our team is at the heart of what we do — we value trust, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, and we're now looking to expand our workforce with a reliable and skilled General Civils Operative.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hardworking General Civils Operative to join our growing team. You'll work on a wide variety of civil engineering and groundworks projects, supporting everything from drainage and foundations to concrete works and kerb laying.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out general groundworks and civil engineering tasks on-site

* Working with concrete, drainage, ducting, kerbs, and reinstatement

* Operating plant and tools safely (where certified)

* Following health and safety procedures at all times

* Supporting site supervisors and contributing to a positive team environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience in civil engineering or groundworks

* Canadidate must be willing to work and stay away during the week

* CSCS card (required)

* CPCS or NPORS plant tickets (desirable)

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

* Willingness to travel to various sites when required
