The contracts manager will be

Managing key client projects within the Surrey and Sussex area
Overseeing the projects from quotation to completion
Project program and labour allocation
Managing asbestos removal projects on local authority, social housing, and private housing
To be successful as the Contracts Manager

Located within the Surrey / Sussex area
Experienced in Overseeing the projects from quotation to completion
Experienced running the Project program and labour allocation
Experienced in Managing asbestos removal projects on residential
Negotiable basic circa of £50,000 - £55,000 basic + Bonus + Car allowance or van + pension + package
