Support Worker - Supported Living Service (Redbridge Area)

We are proud to be working with a specialist Supported Living Service in Redbridge that provides high-quality care and support for individuals with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism & complex needs
• Challenging behaviour
• Dementia
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health conditions
• Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS)

This service is recognised for its expertise and commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be helping individuals with autism and complex needs in their daily routines while encouraging independence and supporting access to new experiences and activities.

• Fixed rota - 40 hours per week (12-hour shifts)
• Opportunities for overtime
• Includes some weekend and night shifts
• This is a truly rewarding and fulfilling role where you'll play a vital part in enriching the lives of those you support.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Outgoing, caring, and compassionate
• Calm under pressure with a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Experienced in a similar role (desirable)
• Eager to learn - full training and ongoing development provided
