Learning Support Assistants - Surrey | Start Date: ASAP

Quantum Scholars are working with a range of mainstream secondary schools across Surrey who are looking to appoint dedicated Learning Support Assistants ASAP.

Whether you're experienced in education or looking to begin a fulfilling new role supporting young people, we would love to hear from you!

About the Role:

• Supporting students with a range of learning needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions

• Working closely with teachers to help deliver differentiated and accessible learning

• Assisting with academic, social, and emotional development

• Providing 1:1 or small group support where required

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and well-being

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships

• Previous experience is welcome but not essential - training and guidance will be provided

Requirements:

• You must have the right to work in the UK

• You must already be residing in the UK
