CRM Executive

Fully Remote | £35,000 to £40,000 + benefits

A fast growing, purpose led healthcare organisation is looking for a commercially minded CRM Executive to help build and optimise lifecycle communications and customer journeys.

This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of CRM performance in a business investing heavily in digital growth.

The role

Build and deploy automated customer journeys
Improve enquiry to booking conversion and reduce drop off
Segment audiences and use behavioural data to drive engagement
Write clear, empathetic and conversion focused communications
Run testing and optimisation activity to improve performance
Work closely with digital and commercial teams to launch campaigns quicklyAbout you

Experience in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing
Hands on use of an enterprise email platform
Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and customer segmentation
