Our client is seeking a care professional with a passion for working with older people and in particular dementia care. This Home Manager role is based in Greenwich London, within a good rated small residential home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support.

Requirements

Min NVQ level 4 health & social Care
Direct experience of supporting people with dementia
A qualification in dementia care is desirable
Experienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes
Ability to develop and market the home

Responsibilities

Registered Manager with CQC
Leadership of care home team including care and all support functions
Deliver exceptional resident centred care
Working to KPI based on quality and occupancy
Reporting to Regional Manager
Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation
Recruitment, supervision and appraisal
Professional development of your team

Remuneration

£50,000pa
