To join Aspire People and be successful in this Behaviour Mentor role you will need to:*Have experience working with young people with difficult behaviour *Strong behaviour management techniques and strategies *Have a passion for working and supporting learning *Resilient and patient attitude *Experience working with SEN children is required The role:*Work with young people within an AP, specialist or mainstream setting (whichever you prefer) *Provide 1:1/group support academically and through extra-curricular *Manage challenging behaviour Please note:All candidates are subject to a barred list check, must provide a recent DBS check and also be able to provide two references from their most recent employers.
