Tax Manager (Contract) – Lloyd’s Insurer – 6 Months

I’m working with a Lloyd’s insurer looking to bring in an experienced Tax Manager on a contract basis.

This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across tax reporting, compliance, and international matters. You’ll be supporting a busy finance function in a fast-paced environment, working closely with senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning tax reporting (UK GAAP & IFRS)
• Managing UK corporation tax compliance and submissions
• Supporting Lloyd’s and overseas tax reporting
• Overseeing transfer pricing documentation
• Getting involved in Pillar 2 and wider tax projects
• Supporting across VAT, employment tax, and governance

What they’re looking for:

• Qualified tax professional / accountant
• Insurance industry tax experience is essential (Lloyd’s strongly preferred)
• Strong grounding in tax reporting + compliance
• Comfortable working in a contract, fast-moving environment
• Able to hit the ground running
