Warehouse Operative – Telford

People Solutions are currently recruiting for temporary Warehouse Operatives to join a national retail store based in Telford for a store replenishment project running from 9th to 11th March, with the potential for additional shifts following the initial 3 days.

Shifts

• 9th – 11th March
• 08:00am – 17:00pm

Pay Rate

• £12.21 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

This is a 3-day store replenishment project. The store will be closed to the public during the work. This role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit.

Day 1
• Emptying the store
• Loading old stock into trailers and vans

Day 2
• Unloading new stock deliveries
• Moving stock to designated areas within the store

Day 3
• To be confirmed
• May include continued stock movement, stock counting, sorting, and general tidying

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• A basic level of English (spoken and written)
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting

Training

• Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout the assignment
