What You'll Be Doing

-     Taking ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the building and its facilities

-     Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for tenants, contractors and service partners

-     Ensuring the building meets all health & safety standards and compliance requirements

-     Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, including managing contractors

-     Carrying out regular inspections to keep the building safe, clean and operating at a high standard

-     Supporting budgeting, reporting and accurate record‑keeping

-     Responding quickly and confidently to urgent issues or maintenance needs

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

-     Experience in building or facilities management

-     Strong communication and customer‑service skills

-     A solid understanding of health & safety requirements

-     Confidence managing contractors and overseeing maintenance tasks

-     A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently
