This is a multi-award-winning business that genuinely values customer service over call statistics, with a strong reputation in the local market. You’ll be working closely alongside the Director, primarily listing within the mid to upper-end sector.

Although this is a Valuer role, they’re looking for a true team player, someone happy to support with sales, progression and the general day-to-day running of the office when needed.

As a Sales Valuer, your role will involve:

  • Conduct and win market appraisals, showcasing your expertise and local knowledge
  • Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey
  • Proactively drive new business and contribute to the continued growth of the branch
  • Build strong relationships with new clients while nurturing and developing existing ones
  • Effectively manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience
  • Play a key role in increasing market share and strengthening our presence in the local area

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in property, ideally as a Sales Valuer
  • A proven track record of winning instructions and driving new business
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by success - someone who consistently delivers high standards
  • A confident, well-rounded professional who thrives both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding service
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sales focus and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and rapport
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
