An exciting opportunity is available for a Personal Assistant to join a well-reputed Property Consultancy in Central London.
The successful Personal Assistant will earn a salary of circa £30,000 depending on experience.
The Company Ian Lerner & Co was established in 1977 as a Consultancy Practice with a view to dealing particularly with clients' overall property needs regardless of type, size or location.
This long-established London Property Consultancy prides itself on its personal contact and tailored approach to it’s clients’ property needs.
It advises on virtually all aspects of property including, commercial, residential, and developments, not only in the UK, but abroad also.
The Practice has attained a strong professional background, growing rapidly since its establishment and now serves a client base in the region of 350.
This includes many major companies, PLCs, governments, banks, charitable institutions, private individuals, even pop groups and Lords! The Candidate As a Personal Assistant you will be required to provide high level administrative support and diary management for the company Director, building relationships with clients.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting the company Director with a range of administrative tasks Liaising with clients, ensuring strong and trusting relationships are built Supporting the company Director with the preparation, diarising and delivery of client meetings Responding to enquiries via telephone and email To be considered for the Personal Assistant role you must have demonstrable experience providing high level executive support.
In addition the following key skills and experience are essential: Experience working in the Property sector (preferably 3+ years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exemplary telephone manner Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel) The ability to work under pressure and to deadline Highly organised with a flair for creativity, innovation and problem solving No fairy stories please!
