HSE Manager – Manufacturing Site Leadership?? Eastleigh, UK?? up to £50,000 + Car or Up to £56,000 (DOE)| Full-Time | 5 Days/Week On-SiteWe’re looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Manager to lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at our Eastleigh facility. This is a site-based leadership role focused on the safety of our fabrication workshop and providing remote support to our service and commissioning teams.??? The RoleFollowing a recent management restructure, this role is crucial in driving cultural change and embedding a proactive HSE mindset across the site. Reporting to the UK QHSE Director, with a matrix link to local site leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance at the Eastleigh manufacturing site
• Supporting the safety of on-site operations and remote teams (limited travel, mostly local)
• Conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
• Investigating incidents and near misses, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions
• Delivering HSE inductions, training, and ongoing awareness across all levels
• Championing a positive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participating in national HSE forums and supporting wider sustainability reporting
• Managing the site facilities register and contributing to broader facilities oversight

?? About YouYou’re a hands-on HSE professional with manufacturing experience and a track record of improving safety performance. You bring:

• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
• 2–3+ years of Health & Safety experience (minimum)
• Manufacturing or fabrication background (essential)
• Familiarity with UK HSE legislation and standards
• Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills
• Experience in conducting audits, investigations, and risk management
• Confidence to drive cultural change and challenge the status quo
• A self-motivated, organised approach with a focus on practical solutions
