Operations Coordinator - Freight Forwarding

This is a great opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while creating capacity for further growth.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of international freight movements across Ocean, Air, and Road - handling both imports and exports. From quoting to booking, documentation to clearance, delivery to invoicing - you will be a key part of ensuring we deliver excellent service at every stage.

From You?

Minimum 3 years' experience in international freight forwarding / logistics
Solid understanding of multi-modal and multi-directional shipments (Air, Ocean & Road - Import & Export)
End-to-end operational knowledge including quoting, booking, and invoicing
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to manage tight deadlines
