About the role:
The Recruitment Group are hiring for a Service Office Lead. As a Service Office Lead you would be responsible for managing the dispatch office within a busy warehousing and production facility. Your duties would include coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, handling key data entry and documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse, transport, and production teams. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational accuracy, supporting IT-related functions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Run the daily operations of the dispatch office

Coordinate inbound and outbound goods with accurate paperwork

Input data into relevant warehouse and transport systems

Liaise with the production team to align schedules and resolve issues

Manage warehousing, production, and transport documentation

Support basic IT-related functions within the office

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Uphold all health and safety procedures and site compliance

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar dispatch, warehouse admin, or logistics role

Strong IT and data entry skills

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Comfortable working 4 on 4 off, days only

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Desirable:

Experience in production or manufacturing environments

Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems
