Must Haves

* Previous role in a high-value project environment (e.g., events, installations, live productions).
What You'll Be Doing
*
Producing accurate and timely quotes for bespoke and contractual AV projects, covering equipment, crew, logistics, and commercial needs.
*
Working with the sales team on early project scoping for high-value or complex jobs.
*
Attending technical briefings and client meetings to confirm scope, suggest alternatives, and help close deals.
*
Preparing tiered and flexible pricing models to suit budgets and encourage upselling.
*
Assisting with tender responses, including technical notes, kit justifications, and alternative options.
*
Supporting project handovers with drawings, timelines, and clear scope documents.
*
Joining project reviews to compare estimated vs. actual costs and improve quoting accuracy.
*
Managing and improving the quoting system, keeping data clean and up to best practice.
*
Running knowledge sessions for the sales team on technology, kit use, and quoting methods.
*
Staying updated on AV trends, products, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing.
