About the Role:

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in our fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities include:

* Running multiple machines

* Machine setup and basic mechanical checks

* Conducting end-of-line product inspections

* Supporting with routine maintenance

* Ensuring safety standards are upheld in a potentially hazardous environment

What We're Looking For:

* Experience operating production machinery (FMCG environment preferred)

* Basic mechanical skills - you know your way around tools like spanners and can troubleshoot simple machine issues

* Familiarity with plastic extrusion and processing control (advantageous but not essential)

* Strong awareness of health & safety - especially in environments with rollers and pinch points

The Package:

* £35,450 per year

* 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

* 22 days holiday - increases with length of service

* Standard pension scheme
