Master Technician

Salary: £38,000 Basic | OTE £60,000-£65,000
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: Monday - Friday (Saturday rota if applicable)

The Opportunity

We are working with a well-established and high-performing dealership seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic capabilities who is looking to maximise earnings and play a key role within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and complex repairs

*

Working to manufacturer standards and guidelines

*

Supporting and mentoring other Technicians within the workshop

*

Ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity

*

Completing warranty repairs accurately and within agreed timeframes

*

Maintaining detailed and accurate job records

*

Contributing to workshop performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

*

Fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)

*

Master Technician accreditation (or working towards)

*

Proven diagnostic and electrical fault-finding experience

*

Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology

*

Ability to work independently and within a team

*

Full UK Driving Licence
