The Role - SEMH HLTA
Qualiteach are looking for a resilient and dedicated SEMH HLTA to join an SEN school in Barnet. The role will involve working closely with students who display challenging behaviour due to SEMH needs. You will support students both in and out of the classroom, implementing behaviour strategies and promoting positive engagement with learning. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic and confident using de-escalation techniques.
