Sales Executive

Systems for Dentists Limited is a leading provider of Dental Practice Management Software in the UK. We have provided outstanding software and support for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for a determined and eager Sales Executive to join a small friendly and professional team based in Gosforth, Newcastle.

The role includes the full sale cycle. Promoting the business through outbound calls to introduce the Company to dental practices throughout the country. Identify business prospects, book sales demonstrations&follow up appointments, convert these into a sale and support the client during the full sales process.

This is an opportunity to join our busy, friendly and supportive office. You will be working alongside a close-knit team who are always on hand to offer support and guidance helping you to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer service possible.

You will receive all the training you need to be a successful part of our small and professional team.

Working Arrangements:

The position offered is based out of our Gosforth office, just off the high street.

The working hours are normally Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 with 1hr for breaks.

We are looking for an individual who meets the following:

  • Able to develop a good working relationship with our customers and colleagues
  • Can accurately maintain and update all internal CRM records
  • Represents the company in a professional manner

  • Appointment making
  • Negotiation skills
  • Active listening to understand the prospect’s requirements and/or pain points

Desired but not essential:

  • Experience in B2B telesales
