As part of an ambitious growth plan we are looking to attract a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) for this entrepreneurial business. The company are investing heavily and are now looking to increase their footprint by bringing in the right BDM.
If you have a desire or passion for sales and engineering this could be the right fit for you.
The role will be autonomous and give you the opportunity to grow your market knowing you have an excellent engineering team behind you. You will be working selling to a mix of engineering businesses - largely in the automotive sector, selling design and product realization services. Typical contacts are engineering managers/directors of OEM businesses. The company has an excellent track record of delivering.
You will be covering the UK, based from within the North West. Setting up and attending exhibitions, networking events to build up contacts and ultimate deliver successful proposals and quotes.
The company will take a patient outlook and want someone to come in and will give you support to build your pipeline and ultimately deliver results.
We are interested in candidates with a sales (engineering) or engienering background looking to move into sales 9with a commercial acumen. Contacts in the desired markets would be a benefit.
