We are looking for a Repairs Scheduler to join a Housing Association in Bristol on a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility to go permanent after. This role is offering great benefits and hybrid working.

Hourly rate: £16-£18 p/h via umbrella
Location: Bristol
Hours: 35 hours Mon - Fri

As a Repairs Scheduler you will be doing:

Assisting the housing department where needed
Working closely with the repairs team
Scheduling initial repairs
Dealing with emails and inbound calls from customers
First point of contact with customer
Experience required for a Repairs Scheduler

previous experience in scheduling repairs, preferably within a Housing Association
excellent Customer Service skills
ability to organise and priorities a work load
available within 1 week
