Apex Resources are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Newly Qualified Solicitor or Seasoned Paralegal to join our clients Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is ready to take ownership of their own caseload and contribute to a busy, client-focused environment.

About the Role:
The successful applicant will independently handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You'll work closely with clients and other professionals, providing high-quality legal support throughout the conveyancing process.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Handling a high-volume residential property caseload autonomously

* Preparing legal documentation such as contracts, client care letters, and Title reports

* Raising and responding to enquiries and ensuring timely progression of transactions

* Using case management systems and Microsoft Office tools efficiently

* Maintaining compliance and supporting the firm's service excellence

Who We're Looking For:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing (required)

* Able to confidently manage files independently, from start to finish

* Strong communication and drafting skills are essential

* Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines

* Highly organised with a keen eye for accuracy

* Familiar with legal IT systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

* Team player with the ability to work on own initiative

* Fluency in an additional language (besides English) is a bonus

* Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute to or relocate near Romford
