Permanent Front of House team member needed for a beautiful 16th century Pub / Restaurant located in Ripley, the establishment hold a Bib Gourmand Award and boasts 2 Rosettes. They are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic person who wants to learn about fine dining and progress their hospitality career.


The Pub/Restaurant is known within the local marketplace for high quality food but within a relaxed atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
* Support the smooth running of the restaurant ensuring 5 star service
* Provide exceptional service
* Serve food and beverages and assist with food running
* Clear and relay tables
* Maintain extensive knowledge of all menus
* Promote sales and build rapport with members
* Comply with all standard operating procedures

Requirements:
* Experience in a fine dining environment
* Friendly and outgoing with a passion for food and wine
* Self motivated
* Attention to detail
* Well presented with outstanding customer service
