Are you a skilled CNC Miller who takes pride in precision work? This is not a button-pushing role-we're looking for someone who enjoys programming, setting, and operating high-spec CNC mills to exacting standards.

Our client is a long-established, highly respected engineering business producing high-spec components for Motorsport, Defence, Electronics, and advanced technology sectors. Quality is at the heart of everything they do.

As a 5 Axis Miller / Programmer / Setter Operator, you will:

• Program, set, and operate CNC mills

• Program using Hypermill

• Work from engineering drawings and CAD

• Machine components to tight tolerances

• Operate machines such as DMU 50s, Acura 65 (Heidenhain controls), and Matsuura (Fanuc control)

• Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards

• 4+ years' precision CNC milling experience

• Able to program, set, and run independently

• Strong drawing interpretation skills

• Take pride in producing high-quality work

• £30,000 - £42,000 depending on experience

• Overtime opportunities

• Working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Thu, 7:30am - 12:30pm Fri

• Pension + on-site parking

• Stable, permanent role

• Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire (must be able to commute or relocate)
