We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and technical teams - ensuring we understand their requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their main technical point of contact
  • Understand customers' technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and strengthen long-term partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a technical account management, technical customer success, or similar role
  • Strong technical understanding (SaaS/software or infrastructure experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • A proactive, consultative approach to customer engagement
