Quality & Compliance Analyst

Location: Bridlington
Reports to: Head of Quality
Salary: £31,500
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

Join a growing manufacturing business and support the delivery of high standards in production excellence. This role suits a proactive individual with experience in BRC certification audits, QMS management and a hands on approach to quality.

What you will do:

Oversee site sampling and testing activities, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Review laboratory results and manage corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system digitalisation.
Work closely with production, technical and management teams across site.
What we are looking for:

Experience in quality assurance within manufacturing.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
Detail focused, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
A collaborative team player with a commitment to high standards.
