Cover Supervisor - Ledbury (Secondary School)

Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Contract: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Ledbury. This role involves supervising classes across a variety of subjects, ensuring that students remain on task, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise lessons in the absence of the teacher, following lesson plans where provided

Ensure that students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson

Promote positive behavior and address any issues in a constructive manner

Support the classroom teacher with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Experience working with young people (desirable)

Strong communication skills and a calm, authoritative presence

A flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and class dynamics
