About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our client, based in Glasgow. You'll be responsible for leading construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects

*

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies

*

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

*

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

*

Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk assessments

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager

*

Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and project management practices

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

*

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar

*

SMSTS and CSCS card (Black or White) preferred

*

Full UK driving licence
