Are you ready to take your events career to the next level?

We're working with a leading technical production company specialising in high-profile corporate events, exhibitions, and live experiences, delivering shows for some of the world's biggest brands across tech, fashion, and entertainment.

Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Junior Production Manager to join their talented team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in live events, AV, or warehouse production who's ready to step into a fast-paced, client-facing role with room to grow.

What You'll Do:

* Assist in planning and executing live events, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.

* Coordinate with clients, crew, and vendors to deliver seamless productions.

* Support senior production staff with logistics, scheduling, and resource planning.

* Contribute to CAD plans, schematics, and event documentation.

* Attend site visits and provide on-site support during live productions.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

* Solid experience in live events, either from a technical or warehouse perspective.

* A strong communicator who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

* Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings (desirable).

* A full UK driver's license and willingness to travel and stay away for projects.

* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
