We are currently looking for Class Support Assistants / Supply Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Haywards Heath.

This role is ideal for individuals who are studying education-related courses and want to gain valuable classroom experience while working flexibly.

As a Class Support Assistant, you will:

• Support the teacher in the classroom

• Work with small groups of students or provide 1:1 support

• Help create a positive learning environment

• Assist with classroom activities and behaviour support

• Available to work at least 3 days per week

• Interest in working with children and young people

• Currently studying or completed an education-related qualification such as:

  • CACHE Level 2

  • CACHE Level 3

  • NCFE - Supporting Teaching and Learning

  • Other education or childcare courses

• Reliable and enthusiastic individuals

• Strong communication skills

• A passion for supporting students in their learning

• Previous school or childcare experience is beneficial but not essential
