Duties:
- To successfully administer the set-up of all user accounts, including access rights and passwords
- To input all necessary documents - training plans, certificates onto individual e- portfolios
- To provide full day-to-day technical support including training to staff, learners and employers
- To maintain a booking and tracking system for training sessions working with the Group Heads of Delivery
- Deliver training to staff, learners and employers across the college group on best practice usage
- To monitor the health of the systems, which includes but not exhaustive to troubleshooting, archiving of completed apprentices, updating the apprenticeship standard versions
- To effectively communicate changes and updates to the systems to the necessary persons
- To monitor the number of available seats and licenses working with the Group Head of Business Development
- Request purchase orders when needed
- Provide information when requested in relation to reports from the systems in a timely manner
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in completing accurate data capture
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders
- To keep up to date, so far as necessary, for the efficient executing of the job, with new legislation, procedures and techniques and attend relevant mandatory training.
- Demonstrates ownership of making sure that your contribution to our reputation and to your own personal professional reputation is always a positive one.
Qualifications:
- At least a level 9 - 4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
