Quantity Surveyor

£65k per annum + package

Portsmouth, Hampshire

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor construction organisation in Portsmouth. The organisation focuses mainly on delivering new build developments and highly complex refurbishments on both private and public sector projects.

Responsibilities:

Pricing and tender submissions.
Manage estimates and cost plans.
Handle valuations, variations and final accounts.
Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time.Role:

Mainly office based in Portsmouth, with occasional travel to site.
Quantity Surveyor background, ideally with a mixed sector construction company, which includes new build and refurbishments.
Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering.
Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
