Salary: £26,000 per annum + 20% Commission on Sales

Role Overview

Learn the full recruitment process from the ground up
Write engaging job adverts and source candidates across various platforms
Screen and qualify candidates for engineering vacancies
Understand client hiring needs and assist in matching them with suitable professionals
Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Support the delivery of recruitment campaigns for engineering roles across the UK
Receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced team members
Take on real responsibility early and work towards a long-term career with strong earning potential

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30
Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
