Warehouse FLT to work at a busy logistics site in Hythe. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in warehouse and distribution environments.

Pay Rate - Standard hours: £12.70

Hours: Rotating shift pattern :-

Shift 1: MON 16:00 - 02:00, TUES 16:00 - 02:00, FRI 06:00 - 16:00, SAT 06:00 - 16:00

Shift 2: SUN 06:00 - 16:00, WED 16:00 - 02:00, THUR 16:00 - 02:00, FRI 16:00 - 02:00

Shift 3: MON 06:00 - 16:00, TUES 06:00 - 16:00, WED 06:00 - 16:00, THUR 06:00 - 16:00

10+ Hours of weekly overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Counter-Balance FLT to load/unload vehicles and move goods within the warehouse
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and process shipments
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Support weekend operations as part of a rolling shift pattern
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Forklift License (in house/Licensed)
• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced environment
• Own transport required due to location
• Good communication and teamwork skills
