HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer - Role Overview:
We are seeking an Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team, looking after commercial sites such as:
• Colleges
• Schools
• Office blocks
• Walk-in NHS centres
• Warehousing
• (No Retail)
You would need to have building services background, covering the Midlands and East Midlands. The role offers ample opportunity for planned and reactive overtime to boost your earnings.
HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ - Key Details:
• 40-hour work week (30 minutes lunch break, equating to an 8.5 hours per day)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x normal rate for any hours exceeding 8.5 per day.
• No on-call rota.

HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer​​​​​​​ - Requirements:
• Experience in a building services background.
• 5 years plus experience
• Commercial Gas tickets
• A/c qualification plus Fgas

• Flexibility to cover sites across the Midlands and East Midlands.
