• Act as the lead data scientist for a core product domain

• Drive deep product analytics to uncover opportunities for growth and engagement

• Design, analyse, and interpret experiments across the product ecosystem

• Influence product strategy by connecting insights to business goals

• Improve datasets, dashboards, and analytical tooling

• Work closely with ML teams on discovery, ranking, and personalisation initiatives

• Expert-level SQL + solid Python for product analytics

• Hands-on A/B testing experience (design + interpretation)

• Strong understanding of ETL/debugging data issues

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially-minded with experience balancing user and business needs
