Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Barking

Key Responsibilities:* Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in both 1:1 and small group settings* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation* Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence in learning* Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs, including those with SEN or EAL* Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment* Track progress and provide feedback to staff

Ideal Candidate Will Have:* Experience working in a primary school or with young children* A calm, nurturing and proactive approach* Understanding of early years or primary curriculum* Strong communication and teamwork skills* A passion for inclusive education and pupil development
