Drive consistency by chairing case reviews and reviewing ER activity across the estate

Maintain ER data dashboards and contribute to analytics, identifying patterns and solutions

Partner with stakeholders to support restructures, consultations, TUPE and policy changes

Deliver ER training and policy rollouts to upskill line managers and HR colleagues

Liaise with legal on ACAS early conciliation and employment tribunal matters

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar ER management role, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment

Proven ability to manage and develop a small team

Up-to-date and confident UK employment law knowledge

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Experience handling complex ER issues from investigation through to resolution
