We understand that new and small businesses need funding to develop and grow. Our Forward Finance team helps to meet the needs of businesses with a turnover of under £300,000. We're looking for a commercial leader, like you, to head up the Forward Finance team in our new Manchester office.

What you'll do: Head of Forward Finance
Our Forward Finance team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent leadership qualities to achieve high engagement and performance from your team. You'll do this by managing performance and supporting your team to achieve their monthly KPI's. You'll also have strong attention to detail, a keen eye for risk and the ability to spot new business opportunities to generate income from the client portfolio. You'll come from an insolvency or similar financial background, with proven operations and customer service skills, with the desire to lead and inspire along with strong sales knowledge and awareness of risk, process and procedure.
Recruiting, leading and developing a new team of Relationship Managers and Executives, the role requires excellent management of client relationships and embedding outstanding risk management and service delivery. Working closely with internal stakeholders, especially the sales and client service teams, this role will deliver and lead the smooth operation of the business centre on a day to day basis in order to meet income and cost budgets. We're strong on succession, so we'd like you to stay and grow with us.
What's more, you'll be working in our brand new offices in MediaCityUK, deep in the creative hub of new technologies and innovation.
