Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites

*

Work on lighting systems, power distribution, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems

*

Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely

*

Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety regulations

*

Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system

*

Liaise professionally with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

*

18th Edition qualification

*

Completed recognised apprenticeship (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services preferred, but not essential
