The right candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and ideally will have had hands on experience with the below responsibilities.
- Experience with Sage 50 accounting software and Sage payroll software
- Processing suppliers invoicing
- Processing time sheets
- Managing hire and lease vehicles
- Processing credit card statements
- General admin duties as required.
- Dealing with the management accounts for the business
- General Ad Hoc Duties
- Overseeing the accounts assistant and providing support when necessary
- Office Based
- Company bonus scheme based on company profits
