Production Operative

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operative to join their busy manufacturing environment.

Hours of work would be Monday - Friday 3 shifts - 6.15am-2.15pm, 2.15pm-10.15pm, 10.15pm-6.15am 37.5 hours per week.

This role operates on a three-shift pattern, Monday to Friday, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading machinery

Setting and operating factory equipment

*

Carrying out general housekeeping duties

*

Working to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and achieving KPIs

*

Adhering to Health, Safety, and Quality standards at all times

*

Promoting a positive team culture throughout the factory

Experience & Skills Required:

Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment

*

Evidence of stability and commitment throughout your working career

Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Punctual, reliable, and hardworking

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
