- Respond to leads raised via marketing activity and our website
- Understand client needs and understand how our solution can help ease their pain points in their business
- Demonstrate the system to clients who would like to see how our system works and can benefit them
- Follow up on leads and convert to sales
- Support the BDM in understanding and overcoming complex queries about the software raised by potential clients
- Objection handling clients in the sales cycle
- Previous experience demonstrating software to potential clients or customers.
- Technology skills with a good aptitude for learning new software
- B2B sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to talk about software in a non-technical way
- Resilient and resourceful with the ability to problem-solve
