*This is a full-time, 8-month contract position, located in Louisville, KY*
We are looking for a technical, full life cycle engineering recruiter who will be recruiting for advanced aerospace/defense engineering positions. Candidate will be working with managers, sourcing and qualifying candidates using Internet databases, internal and external referrals, college recruiting, trade shows, etc.
Typical responsibilities will include completing and following up on new position/requisition managerial approvals, maintenance of candidate flows using our applicant tracking system (ATS), coaching/meeting with and ensuring managers follow ATS and other HR procedures, assist managers in developing job orders, work with and assist outside temporary and permanent recruiting resources as needed, help schedule and track interviews per AAP/EEO and OFCCP regulations, working to develop and coordinate wellness programs, and assisting with recruiting for hard-to-find skills for positions as needed.
*1 years' recent experience recruiting for engineers
*5 year's recent experience in full cycle recruiting
*Good full life cycle recruiting skills including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, etc.
*Experience in documentation of candidates, searches and hiring managers' interactions using an ATS system.
*Strong MS Office skills
*4 Year degree or equivalent experience
*Sourcing for Defense Engineering skills such as Hardware, Software, Cyber, Electronics, etc.
