• 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid 3 days in, 2 from home
• 1-3 years Regulatory or Finance experience in Banking

A Mid Tier Global Banking client have exclusively instructed us to find a Regulatory Reporting Analyst for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract role in their team.  This role will require 3 days in the West end office, 2 days from home and slot into a REG team of 4 for a Private Bank.  The role is at entry level to the Regulatory world offering £61k Pro Rata + generous Pension  You will need 1-3 years Banking experience in the Regulatory team or the Finance team with an understanding of Regulatory requirements.  Duties:  

• Timely and accurate production and submission of daily capital and liquidity regulatory and other internal MI reporting.
• Assist with timely and accurate production and submission of statistical returns
• Assist with remediation activities such as data sourcing and transformation, calculation, and process improvements
• Assist with continuously improve the controls environment including performing User Acceptance Testing of system enhancements
• Assist Risk by providing data and analysist necessary with the preparation of the ICAAP and ILAAP process
• Perform ad hoc analysis, as and when required, to assist bank stakeholders.

  Person Spec:  

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and highly desirable, ability to programme in VBA.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting and other relevant subjects such as economics or business
• Part qualified or qualified by experience
