Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with the EYFS framework
Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support daily routines, classroom organisation, and play-based learning opportunities
Observe, assess, and track children's progress to inform next steps in learningEarly Years Practitioner Requirements:

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, QTS, or a degree in Early Childhood Education (graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
A strong commitment to early years education and child development
