COMPANY: GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD

We require an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join a large blue chip organisation based in Basingstoke.

This role required an experienced engineer who has worked on remote printer support, as you will be the first point of contact for all customer interactions.

You will have strong communication skills and patient but effective temperament for this role.

This is a shift based role, working 1 month at a time on various shifts:
0800 - 1630 - early
0900 - 1730 - mid
1600 - 0030 - late
0000 - 0830 - night

An additional £250 per month will be paid for the completion of the late and night shift.
